This latest SSD is built on the M.2 2280 form factor, featuring the advanced NVMe 2.0 protocol and PCIe 5.0 x4 interface. It utilizes Samsung’s proprietary V8 V-NAND TLC technology and a dedicated controller, delivering exceptional performance: sequential read speeds up to 14,800 MB/s and write speeds reaching 13,400 MB/s. It also achieves up to 2.2 million IOPS for random reads and 2.6 million IOPS for random writes, positioning it as an optimal solution for intensive workloads such as 8K video editing, AI processing, and high-end gaming.
