Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus models will be equipped with both Snapdragon 8 Elite and Exynos 2500 chipsets according to Geekbench test results. The S25 Ultra model will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. This distinction shows that Samsung is following a flexible strategy to meet user needs in different markets.
Rumours are strengthening that this hardware difference will continue in the Galaxy S26 series. Leaks say that Galaxy S26 and S26 Plus models will come with Exynos processors. S26 Ultra will only have a Snapdragon chipset. This shows that Samsung has taken a decisive step to revitalise Exynos chipsets.
